Scotland’s people has a George Smith Turner who died in 1904 aged 26. A son? What about his death?
FindMyPast has a Geo Smith Turner who died in 1862, age unknown. But he was alive in the 1871 census.
And also one who died in Queensland Australia in 1883. But his parents (sounds like a child) were George and Mary, so not him either.

I have been sent an MI of a George Turner who died in 1912 aged 46 in Australia, giving a birth year of c.1866, which does not match this George Smith Turner who was born in 1855.
