An internet site (www.tolliss.com) reports that he died on 19 December 1908 at Bellary, India. Further it says that his wife Elizabeth Nie Constance Mary Lithgow m. (2) Alan Douglas Carden on 2 January 1913 at All Saints, Marylebone and she then died on 16 May 1949 at Hindhead. (Wow!) Elizabeth and Alan had a dau. Anne Carden in Jul 1922
