Philip, or someone else with his name, married Kate Lacey in Marylebone in Q3 of 1886.  A son Philip Lacey was born in Wandsworth in Q4 of 1889 and is in the 1891 census.  In 1901 Kate aged 42, her son aged 11 and her father aged 73 were living in Brighton but Philip was not there but still a bank clerk, lodging in Camberwell, London.  A Philip Pullyn died in the Strand district in Q3 of 1908, aged 55: looks like him.
