Successor to Randolph de Soules, d. c. 1207, but there is no evidence that he was Randolph’s son.  Randolph looks like having been very old when he died so Fulco could even have been a grandson.

The line of known holders of the Soulis lands is:

Randolph I, from Doddington, Northants, king’s butler or pincerna. He d. bef 1170.  He left no sons.

Randolph II, nephew of Randolph I by R’s brother William.

Fulco, also king’s butler or pincerna.
