There is an entry in the Baynham pedigree in the Glos visitation of 1623, p. 14, for an Elizabeth Baynham who m. (1) Robert Russell and (2) Robert Throgmorton Kt. But as usual with visitations there are no dates and the numbers of generations don’t entirely make sense. On the other hand if this is the right lady, she is the daughter of Thomas Baynham and Alice Walwyn who are already in this database.
Anne, sister of the above Ursula T m. a Wm Trye who d. in 1520, so it looks like Anne and thus Ursula were living in the same period as Robert Throckmorton. I’ll go for this relationship then, with obvious reservations. Stirnet agrees with this but does not say where this particular bit of data came from.
