Her birth is not to be found on FreeBMD. There are no ‘Alicia M’ births with surnames remotely like Harvey between 1856 and 1859, the range of years of her birth given by her age of 34 at death. Nor is she to be found in the 1881 census, probably because they were abroad with the army.
