No birth record found on FreeBMD. Though there is an’ Albert William Thoreld Kelso’ born in Q3 of 1844 and registered in Kensington; the names sounds like one of theirs, but the date is six months late compared with the Burke entry; for what it is worth, this one died in 1845.
