It is not clear which wives had which children, so the children are:
1. Archibald probably dvp,
2. William, d. 1685;
3. A child who d. young.
4. James, inherited Ballinkeighly, Co Down and died bef.1703,
5. Jean, m. Henry Hathorn, merchant, and had issue.
5. Dorothy m. Philip Mair of Bellclench, Co Down.
No Hamiltons survioved to the next generation.
