Notes for Rev Louis Henry Bradford
This is probably him in the 1881 (LDS) census:
Louis H Bradford, age 31, b. Teignmouth, Devon, curate at St Peter’s, Eton Sq, London.
And the 1901 census confirms this:
Louis H Bradford, age 50, Clergyman, church of England, b. Teignmouth, Devon - living at the Rectory, Hunton, nr Maidstone, Kent. (not Middx as in the 2003 Burke’s Peerage).

His birth I could not find, but I did find:
Henry Louis Bradford, reg Q1 of 1850, Newton Abbot District, vol 10, p. 163.  Looks like him.

There were no children living with them in 1901.

In 1891 they were at “Northcote”, Mound Pleasant lane Hackney, Stamford Hill, London where he was a Clerk in Holy Orders (Clergy), aged 41, born in Teignmouth.  With him were
Laura G Bradford, 25 yrs, wife, born Southsea, Hants
Henry C W Bradford, son, aged 2, born Upper Clapton, London
Humphrey C P Bradford, son, aged 1, born Upper Clapton, London
plus a cook, a housemaid and a nurse.
Notes for Louis Henry & Laura Gwendoline (Family)
Their marriage is not in the FreeBMD records of marriages (yet?).
But when I did a search for all Bradfords, there were none in Q2 and about 25 in Q3 of 1887; this indicates that Q2 of 1887 marriages has yet to be done.
