Neither CP nor “The Hamilton Manuscripts” have any more information on her. Though CP says she was 2nd wife and THM that she was 1st.
ODNB says she was not Peneleope Cook but Alice Penicook and that she was with James in Edinburgh in 1602 so died between then and the marriage with Ursula Brabazon which was, obviously, before Ursula’s divorce in 1615.
