In the Matter of Proceedings for Liquidation by Arrangement or Composition with Creditors, instituted bv Edmund Draper Powys, of Carl-ngford House, Marlbrough-road, Collier's Wood, Merton, in the county of Surrey, and of 8, Ellison-road, Streatbam Common, in the said county, Auctioneer, Surveyor, and Estate Agent, and lately carrying on business in partnership with William George Watts, of Park House, Pagden-street, Battersea. as Powys and Watt', Buildets. N OTICE is hereby given, that a First General Meeting ot the creditors of the above-named person has been
summoned to be held at No. 40, Chanctry-'ane, Middlesex-, on the 27th day of January, 11-83, at balf-pa't ten o'clock in the forenoon preciselv.—Dated this Sib day of January, 1883.
