Ann’e dau. from her first marriage, Mary Ashwell, d. 13 13 Jan 1672.
Anne then got caught up in claim and counter-claim for some copyhold land and the assize court, Nottingham Aug 1661, then held that a Quaker marriage was legitimate and that therefore any child of that marriage was legitimate also - and thus could inherit the copyhold.
