FreeBMD has a George Rice who d. aged 74 in Q4 of 1869 in Upton-on-Severn district of Worcestershire.  This could be him but not sure.  Vol 6c, p. 196 anyhow.

The barony went on his death to his first cousin, son of his father’s younger brother.  This no longer being of Powys descent, it is not included in this database.

By 2017 the surname had been changed to Rhys and the title to Dynevor.  It seems that the former was done in 1916 and the latter in 1793.

Crest: A raven Sable.

In Burke there are two more quarterings: Talbot and Cardonnel.
