Nov 2007, TFPL: There is an entry on Alumni Oxoniensis which might well be him, vol III, p. 984:
Mason, Valentine, of co. Warwick, pleb. MAGDALEN COLL., matric 18 June, 1610, aged 17; B.A. 28 Jan 1610-11, M.A. 5 July 1`614. See Bloxum, v, 33.
Obviously there is a literal problem with his age and birth date for this. But getting BA in the same year as he matriculated is a problem too.
