The elder dau. called Elizabeth m. (1) Edward Stradling, (2) William Lygon.
The (re-)identification of her as the elder dau. of Ed Stradling and Eliz Arundell [TFPL in Aug 2006: This sentence is not making sense! It needs editing just a touch.] is due to Louise Staley. Interestingly the Arundell pedigree by J J Howard has this Elizabeth, who m. Ed. Stradling, as the dau. of Sir Thos. Arundell and Katharine Dinham. I will be interested to see what effect this information has, if any, on Louise's very clear evidence about the two daughters named Elizabeth.
