Notes for Sir William de Walerand
His wife was Isabel de Berkeley. CP also records that she received Siston manor, Glos as her maritagium and this went to her eldest son Robert de Walerand. Robert was her heir as she only had a dau; Alice (CP, X, 552) from her first marriage to Thomas de Rocheford. (Ex inform John Ravilous on sco.gen.med on 17 Feb 2003.)
Apparently there is a book "Pedigrees from the Plea Rolls" which shows that William and Isabella Walerand had a daughter Decily who had a daughter Cecily.", pp. 535-6. And Abbrevuiatio Placitorum, p. 336, had the same pedigree. (ex inform Kay Allen on soc, gen, med on 17 Feb 2003).
