He lost some his lands by fighting for R III at Bosworth Field but recovered them around 1496 when he was restored in blood.

In Faris' "Plantagenet Ancestry", p. 180 there is:
"Anne Berkeley, daughter of William Berkeley, K.B., of Stoke Gifford, co Gloucester, by Anne daughter of Humphry Stafford, Knt, of Grafton, co Worcester" who m. John Gyse.
Sounds like she was omitted by Smyth, who was a bit brief in his treatment of this line.
