I cannot begin to guess which of the many Cecil Bishopp bts he might be. Burke might help though. Burke says that the daughter Anne who m. Robt Brudenell was of Cecil Bishopp and Anne Boscawen. Burke (1849) lists him as the 5th bt, GEC as the 6th.
