The Herts 1634 Vis’n, p. 96, has a Thos Dockwra the elder of Putteridge whose dau. Frances m. Peter Taverner of Hexton, Herts. P.46 of same shows that Frances was this guy’s sister.
In the notes to the 1669 visitation it says his will was dated 3 Mar 1620/1 and mentions both his wife Jane and her father Sir William Periam. It was proved on 11 May 1621 by his widow Jane: TNA PROB 11/137/417.
