According to varous, corroborating soc.gen.med writers:
William died on 3 Nov 1470 and was buried in Hrey Friars, London.
He had, as well as Mary, a son John who m. (1) Elizabeth Melborne, (2) Elizabeth Crofts (or in the other order). John was High Sheriff of Glos in c. 1517. John has a son Sir Thomas who dspm; John also had a son Alexander.
William’s parents were Robert Whittington and Elizabeth, dau. of Baldwyn Rouse.
