CP says she was dau. of Guillaume de Champagne, Sire de Sully (br. of King Stephen and 1st s. of Etienne, Count of Champagne, Brie, Blois and Chartres) by Agnes, yr dau. and sole heir of Gilon de Sully, sire de Sully-sur-Loire. I can't make sense of this from the tables in the history books of that period...
