CP calls Amauri's wife Eleanor but there is no record for this and may be a misreading of Amauri's IPM. Certainly in 1340 his wife was Joan and she was the daughter of Maud Burnell. But it is unclear whether Joan's father was Maud's first or second husband, John Lovel or John de Haudlo.
