Of Seriwinkes in Middleton and Sittingbourne, Kent.
Married twice more after the death of Petronilla, each being further widows: (2) Margaret, dau of Sir Michael Dormer, Alderman of London and (3) Joan Huddleston.
His sons were:

and, probably, William by Joan Huyddleston.

He served his apprenticeship as a mercer to Thomas Maynard and and was admitted to the freedom of the Mercers' Company in 1514. He supplied wine to the Field of the Cloth of Gold in 1520.
In 1537 he was a warden of the Mercers' Company.
