Notes for Edmund Brudenhall
m. (1) Agnes dau & hr of Thos Depden, (2) Philipa Englefield.
There's a couple of Brudenells, of Amersham area, in Test Vet; related?
One was Edmund with a will of 1457 who had a daughter Joan and Alice, wife of Richard Waller junior. He had an uncle Edmund. William Bultrode was his brother [in law?] Drue Brudenell was his son. Ditto Edmund Brudenell, ditto Sir Robert Brudenell. His wife was Philippa. A note says that his father was William Brudenell who m. Agness, da & hr of Robert Bulstrode esq. Test Vet Vol I, 282-284.
The Lincs Pedigrees give his name as Robert.

Sept, 2006, TFPL: A discussion on soc.gen.med has led me to re-examine the evidence and it is fairly clear that his name was Edmund, and not Edward as I had thought, and that the chap whose will in in Test Vet is indeed he.
