Notes for Jane Barton Hill
On FreeBMD there is a marriage in Q3 of 1871 of Jane Barton Hill with one of Thomas Judge or Thomas Rowson at Macclesfield, vol 8a, p. 238. I cannot find a death of Jane under either surname on FreeBMD up to 1910.

The 1881 census has a Jane B Rowson m. to Thomas Rowson and living at Chapel St, Audley Staffs. Thos was a Wesleyan minister. They had two daughters with ages that would align with an 1871 marriage:
Rachel E Rowson, aged 8, born Warminster, Wilts
Sarah B Rowson, aged 6, born Warminster, Wilts.
Also in the house was a General Servant:
Elizabeth Green, aged 18, born Audley, Staffs.
The indications are that this was Jane Barton Hill, with an error for her birth place, copying her husbands. It would be interesting to look up some other censuses.
