According to the IPM for Hugh la Zouche, writ of 23 Oct 1399, who died sp. on 4 July 1399, he was the som of Alan who was brother of Joyce Boutourd aka Botatourt, and both of them the children of this William. Asby thus went to Joyce Botatourt, the wife of Hugh Burnell.
