CP is not sure if he was Warin or William...
There is a will of a William Trussell, dated Feb 10 1379. Not this man from some details in the will but a relative? Bodine, etc refer to a bro. William.
Bodine says his parents were Sir Wm Trussell of Clubbleston, Cheshire and Matilda Mainwaring.
Bodine, etc and Ormerod says that his wife was a N.N. Stafford, but Douglas Richardson in 2001 reported that it was Maud de St Philibert. I'll accept the latter pro. tem.
