Among his and Mary Brandon’s daughters was Anne who m. Sir John Clifton, probably of Barrington Court, Barrington, Somerset. The latter couple had a daughter Ursula who m. Sir Adrian Scrope of Hambleton. A son of the last couple was Adrian Scrope, parliamentarian and regicide, executed at Charing Cross on 17 Oct 1660.
