He is said, by Dugdale, to have married the dau of William Tyson, who was the first feudal baron of Alnwick. Clay (Tison Fee) categorically rejects this and even suggests that Ivo was the first feudal baron of Alnwick. Keats Rohan, DD 769, seems to support Dugdale.
