According to Doug Richardson, subsequent generations of Harcourts quartered the Barantyne and Reade arms. While Margaret Barantyne was indeed heir to her mother, her father had sons by his other marriages, so Margaret was not her father's heir. So the Harcourts did not have a right to bear the Barantyne arms (IMHO), unless, of coruse, all the lines of all the Barantyne sons died out.
