Notes for Grace Neale
In 2017 a marriage entry was found for London which gave Chatham as the residence of the husband; the spouse was named as Grace Neale.  All their children were baptised in Chatham.  I conclude that this marriage was indeed theirs and that therefore her full birth name was Grace Neale.

She was a minor at marriage, so was born in or after May 1728.  This looks like her baptism:

First name(s) Grace
Last name Neale
Gender Female
Baptism year 1731
Baptism date 04 Mar 1731
Place Deptford
County Kent
Country England
Father's first name(s) Jno.
Father's last name Neale
Record set England Births & Baptisms 1538-1975
_______________

So she was born at Deptford and was said still to be of Deptford at marriage some 18 years later.  Sounds like they were fairly fixed in Deptford.

There are no other Neale births in Deptford with a father of John Neal from 1720 to 1740.  But there are four such births in Kent as a whole.
_______________

No marriage found for John Neale in Kent but there are a few around London from 1720 to 1730.
_______________

No internet site has this Grace Neale in their tree.
_______________

Her early married life was in Chatham.  Did she later die there?   This is the only Grace Weatherall death in England from 1730 to 1810:

First name(s) Grace
Last name Weatherall
Birth year -
Death year 1808
Burial year 1808
Burial date 31 Dec 1808
Church St Mary
Denomination Anglican
Place Chatham
County Kent
Country England
Record set National Burial Index For England & Wales

Her 1907 will and its proving on the 7th Feb 1809 make it highly likely that the above burial was hers.

Will notes for Grace Neale
Her will is dated 24th March 1807; her executors are her son John Weatherall and her son-in-law Admiral Billy Douglas.  She described herself as a widow of Brompton, Gillingham, Kent.

In her will she mentions:

Her son John Wetherall,
her son-in-law, Admiral Billy Douglas
her son George,
her daughter Grace Smith,
her daughter Ann Douglas,
her late daughter Elizabeth,
Alastair Douglas (son of Billy and Ann???),
Kate Douglas (daughter of Billy and Ann???)

The will explicitly divided her jerwllery between the members of the family, gave all her clothes to her two daughters and divided her other assets equally between the children surviving at death.

In the case of George, she had lent him £464-10-0 and this was to be added back into her assets before the division and then subtracted from his share (I think I have this right).

George, of course, was not previously known to me.

It sounds as if neither John nor George had any children and that her daughter Mary did not live very long.  (Unless Mary became George...)
