Notes for Anne de Ferrers
CP: "It is said" Anne was dau of Sir William de Ferrers.
On 17 Jan 2001, Doug Richardson reported that he had searched everywhere for a reference to support Anne Ferrers as a wife of John de Grey. The only one he could find was that of the 1619 visitation of Leics, published in 1870.
On the other hand there is strong evidence that Maud de Verdun was John de Grey's wife and also the mother of most, if not all, of his children.
Let the dust settle for a wee while and I'll make the changes.
