Notes for Maud de Valoignes
K-R, DD says of her "a likely second daughter, Matilda, was wife of Hervey Walter and mother of Hubert Walter, archbishop of Canterbury (1193-1205)"
TFPL, April 2010: DNB and the later ODNB both say that she and her sister Berthe were the coheirs of their father. But Keats-Rohan in her Domesday Descendants clearly finds that Berthe and her sister Maud had two brother, one at least of whom had issue for many generations. So she is no longer an Heir.
