Either: Argent semy of cherries gules and on a saltire (?tinct) five mullets or - Gallway Roll in Aspilogia III. Vol II, pp.257-297 ex inform Irene H S.
Or: Very probably: Argent a saltire sable between twelve cherries gules slipped vert. (Burke's Armory of 1842 and 1884 for SERGEAUX of Cornwall and for a quartering for Cholmondeley in Armorial Families Vol I, p.366.)
Or, equally probably: Argent a Saltire Sable between 12 trefoils slipped Vert. This is what is on the quartering on the stall plate, in St George’s Chapel Windsor, of his grandson Sir Henry Marney, KG.
