Hugh Warham, brother of the Archbishop of Canterbury William Warham. Between 1490 and 1508 Hugh and his wife Marian accumulated and then sold four copyhold messuages and three and a half yardlands (about 125 acres in total) held of the manor of Great Horwood (which belonged to New College in Oxford). I don't think they ever lived anywhere near Great Horwood - their connection to it would have been the fact that William Warham was rector of the parish between 1487 and 1494 (it is very unlikely that he ever went there, either - he was a pluralist, holding the rectory just for the income).

He and Marian also had sons Sir William Warham of Malsanger - who m. Anne Hedney of Denton, Sussex and Richard Warham, rector of Clapham, Sussex.
