Title Marriage Settlement
Description Of Robert Stansfield of Bradford and Jane Ferrand of Bradford, eldest daughter of Richardson Ferrand late of Harden deceased; reciting that certain houses and lands in Bradford and Horton were devised by Robert Stansfield to his son the said Robert Stansfield to provide a jointure for an intended wife; that Jane Ferrand's dowry in lands &c. amounted to £4,800, with an annual value of £400; by an Act of Parliament for the disposing of Robert Stanfield's estate the above lands in Bradford and Horton were to be sold and the moneys used towards the purchase from Sir Walter Blackett of the manors of Yeadon and Idle and Esholt, out of which a settlement of the annual value of £400 was to be made in favour of the said Jane.
