“that Mary Ferrand, wife of Stephen Ferrand of Harden, yeoman, is content with the sale of a close called Nether Ing [Netherynge] in Harden by her husband to Benjamin Ferrand of the same, and that if she outlives her husband she will not claim anything therefrom and a Quitclaim dated 30 Sep 1658 by the above, after the death of her husband, of all right in the said close
