Notes for Hawise de Courtenay
She was probably the dau. of Robert de Courtenay, d. 1242, and Mary de Reviers, in her issue heir of Devon.  Table on CP IV, 317 is not explicit, nor is CP IX, 481.  D Richardson has found this near relavant extract from

"DL 25/3469:  Boniface, Archbishop of Canterbury, to Brother Ralph,
minister of the House of Mottenden: inspeximus of a charter whereby
the Trinitarian Friars of Mottenden undertook to say Mass for Dame
Hawise de Neoville and at her request for Robert de Curtenay, John de
Neoville and John de Gatesdene from the year 1253: Kent."

She and John de Neville may have had a dau. Joan who m. Matthew de la Mare.
