FreeBMD has an Anne Powys dying at Henley in Q1 of 1866 aged 64 which might just have been her; vol 3a, p. 387. A bit of confirmation is that her husband’s death was registered as well at Henley five years later.

They were married by the time of the 1841 census, their first daughter Maria was born, from Family Search in Oct 1835. So I would guess they were married in 1834, but can find no record of this at all as yet.
