"The remaines
of Thomasin youngest duaghter of John Warham of Osminton in the County of Dorset Esq and Ann his wife daughter and heir of Thomas Mompesson of Chesgrove in the County of Wilts Esq.
"She lived with great Piety and Virtue by the space of 52 yeers in the Familyes of Sir Roger Twysden and Sir William Twysden his son, and dyed in the 70 year of her age, the 5th of February 1688-9 generally beloved and esteemed."
