Notes for Charles Hugh Hoare
He is to be found in LG of 1914 vol I, p. 948, as a member of the family of Hoare of Ellisfield. These Hoares, encomapss those of Stourhead and the bankers and Nigel Walter, husband of Cecilia Portal, a great friend of RP P-L (I think both were at LRAM together and did Cecilia sing?).
