In his will, dated 1st July 1451, he lists:
Lady Elizabeth his wife,
John his son and heir,
Thomas his younger son,
Master William le Scrope his brother.
In his codicil, dated March 18th 1453, he lists:
Alianore his daughter,
John, son and heir of Henry Lord Scrop of Bolton [his grandson],
John his late son and heir,
The daughter of Lord Greystock, hopefully [true] to be married to his son Thomas.
