Notes for Mary Hill
The only record of this short and barren marriage is in Rev John Slatter's "Some Notes of the History of the Parish of Whitchurch, Oxon" published by Elliott Stock of 62 Paternoster Row, London, EC, in 1895, page 48.

Martin thinks she was married to the father of this Richard...  As did Mrs E C Clemenson.

1. Mortgage. 1. Edward Hill of Todington, esq., son and heir of Sir William Hill of Todington, kt, deceased. 2. Thomas Evelyn of Amersden, Oxfordshire, gent, administrator of father Arthur Evelyn of London, merchant deceased, one of the trustees of marriage settlement of Sir William Hill. 3. Richard Lybbe senior of Hardwicke, Oxfordshire, esq., and his son and heir Richard Lybbe junior (husband of Mary Hill, daughter of Sir William Hill). 4. Thomas Walker of Tilehurst, Berks, clerk.  -  ref ACC/1246/021 - date [1713]
  |_ (from Scope and Content) Recitals: marriage settlement 17 June 1682 between Sir William Hill, Ann Evelyn and others, whereby trustees were appoointed, to whom premises were assigned for term of 500 years, to raise £2,000. on behalf of (1) after death of Sir William Hill and wife, as a marriage portion for any daughter; marriage between Richard Lybbe junior and Mary Hill.

On the floor of the church, a gravestone:
  Arms of Lybbe impaled with those of Hill:
     A chevron ermine between three lions heads guardant

  Lybbe of Hardwick in ye County of Oxon esq
  She was married ye 31st of Oct An Dom 1710
  And deceased ye 19th of May An: Dom 1711
Notes for Richard & Mary (Family)
The marriage licence of the 23 October 1710 has:

“Richard Lybbe junr of the parish of Whitchurch ... Oxon, aged above 35 years, batchelor ... marry with Mary Hill of the parish of Teddington Middx aged above 25 years ... spinster ... [at] ... the parish church of Lond Ditton in the County of Surrey.
