Almost certainly she had a dau. by her first marriage (to N.N.) and this daughter married William Sharpe, son of Jane Cooper and her first husband, a Sharpe.
If she was of Wakehurst, the Sussex visitation, p. 3, has a Margaret who was the dau. of Nicholas Culpeper of Wakehurst in Sussex and Elizabeth d. and heire of Ric. Wakehurst. Sir J R Twisden discusses her parentage in his “Family of Twysden and Twisden”, pp. 57-8; he implies that Margaret dau. of Nicholas was much too early and suspects this Margaret was a daughter of one of the younger sons but it is unknown which.
