He is identifed to be the John de Stourton, lord of Stourton in CP XII/1, p. 300 by the entries in Collectiana Topographica & Genealogica Vol 1 (?), pp 308-311:

On folio 317, 317b, 318, 319 of "Pedigrees showing the relationship between many of the nobility and gentry and the blood royal; compiled around the year 1505" published in Collectiana Topographica & Genealogica Vol 1, pp 308-311.
