An abstract of His will was made by Miss Ethel Stokes, the great researcher for the second edition of The Complete Peerage, and published in vol XXXV of the Surrey Archaeological Collections in 1924, pp. 37-39.
It was dated 2 Aug 1610 and is and subsequent codicils included the following relatives:

His sole executor was Sir Nicholas Throckmorton.
