RCL PL writes: "See West of Horham Hall, Berks L.G. 1879 Vol II p. 1717".  And indeed, that is where I have found precisely this marriage and the mention of his wife’s parents and also her mother’s Slaney parents and, better still, the marriage of a John Slaney with Barbara Mitford.  here’s the text:

“Rev George West ... m. Sarah, only dau. and sole surviving issue of Francis Creuze, by Sarah his wife, only child of William Goldsborough, by Sarah his wife, one of three daus, and co-heirs of John Slaney and Barbara Mitford his wife, and by her (who survived him above twenty-two years and d. 11 June 1853) left ...”
