Notes for Anne Pauline Octavia Hallifax
She is written, and thus presumably known, as Pauline in both the 1851 and 1861 censuses.
In the 1861 census she was aged 18 and with her mother and siblings at Portsea, Hants and the same in 1871 (but ten years older).
In 1901 she was in Tonbridge with he sister Katherine, and no servants.

The Annual Register for 1844, p.166, records the birth of a daughter to her parents on the 19th June 1844, so that is presumably her and her birthdate is then.
One of the FreeBMD entries gives her a third name of Octavia, presumably because she was the eighth child.

Her death is recorded as ‘Annie Pauline Hallifax’ in 1910 and not in 1905 as I was informed. And in her burial record, again she has Octavia for a third name, so I’ve added it - July 19th 2008, TFPL.
At her burial, the celebrant was C S Storey, the entry no was 10575, and the grave no was 64 in Class A, section 6.
From the London Gazette of 13 may 1910, a notice for all claimant to contact her solicitors and stating that she died a spinster on the 8th March 1910.
