For his marriage licence he was a bachelor about 26 and living at St Clement Danes, Middx as a Linen Draper.

TFPL, Dec 2020: I have a note that says he and Sarah had no children. I do not know where I got this from.
Ans: From Oswald Barron’s work for the Northumbrian VCH Genealogy volume.
The footnote reference is to his will. Reading this shows that he left his property
to his wife’s brother and no mention was made of any offspring.
