(It looks as if she died in infancy, since another Emma follows.)
I can’t find anything on FreeBMD but she may have died before Aug 1837.
But I have found this notice of the birth of twins in 1836 in the berkshire Chronicle of Sat 21 May 1836:
“BIRTHS: On the 15th inst, the lady of H P Powys Esq., was safely delivered of twins at Broomfield House, Middlesex.”
No idea what happen to the other twin, nor to Emma.
But (again) Family Search has her birth, christening and death:
